Baikaler owns things difficult to carry:
a 3 seat kayak, tent and 2 mountain bikes. Besides of that, other equipment
can be arranged or rented.
Also, a possession of a car and apartment in the center of Irkutsk helps
to avoid 'in betweens' and keep the price reasonable. More

All people involved are not a part of any existing travel entity. We
stay with families so you can see people everyday life. For many of
them esp. living in rural areas, this is probably the only way to earn
their bread money
- Baikaler cares the nature!
Just by being with me, you help the environment! All my tours are environment
friendly. We leave nothing after ourselves but footprints! Every time
when I am out of town on tours, I collect rubbish and empty bottles
to be recycled.
- Money reallocation.
Instead of paying a hundred dollars per night in hotels, which are below
the Western standards by default, you may want to book a reasonably
priced homestay or tour to lake Baikal.
