3 day bicycling from Listvyanka - Bolshie Koty

- The option for active travelers. The tour can be redesigned in a way that we mountain bike to Bolshie Koty, stay there 1 day and return during the day 3. Also, we can bike to B.Koty, overnight there and return in the day 2. Below is the 3 day itinerary. Photo of the bikes is here

Period: from 1st of February till 31st of March

- Transfer from Irkutsk to Listvyanka (80km / 1 hr) by car (if needed).

Day 1

Biking (18km, 2 or 3 hr) from Listvyanka to the small village of Bolshie Koty. It is a tiny settlement (pop 300) has no road connection with Listvyanka or any other villages. Surrounded by deep forest from one side and severe lake Baikal from another, villagers can only reach the main land by water or ice.

Overnight in the warm wooden hut (up to 4 people). No running water. Dinner (included)

Day 2

Full board.
Exploring the surroundings: rock Grebeshok (Crest), Cliff Scripper and remains of a dredge (our gold rush time is over!).
The highlight of the evening - Russian banya (steam sauna!)

Day 3

Breakfast. Return to Listvyanka.
Lunch cooked on fire.

Price includes:
2 nights in the village, full board.
Lunch (day 3)
Russian Banya (steam sauna)
Local guide services and bike rent
2 nights in the village for a guide.

Return by road to Irkutsk (in needed). Accommodation in Listvyanka can be arranged upon request.
